Emily is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) with advanced expertise in sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and return-to-sport performance. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), dry needling practitioner, and US Soccer preferred provider, she takes a comprehensive, performance-driven approach to helping athletes recover stronger, move better, and return to the sport they love.

Her clinical experience spans a wide range of orthopedic and sports injuries, including ACL reconstruction, multi-ligament knee injuries, Achilles repairs, hip and shoulder labral repairs, concussion management, and complex return-to-sport cases. She has worked with youth, collegiate, and semi- and professional athletes, with a particular passion for working with female soccer players and athletes who are determined to perform at their highest level.

As a former collegiate soccer player herself, Emily understands the physical and mental demands that come with injury. She knows that recovery is about more than simply becoming pain-free—it is about rebuilding strength, confidence, capacity, and trust in your body.

Her approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with progressive strength training, performance testing, and individualized programming. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works closely with each athlete to understand their goals, identify the factors limiting performance, and create a plan designed specifically for where they are—and where they want to go.
